1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Wispli ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Wispli Inc. ("we", "our", or "us").

2. Description of Service

Wispli is a voice-to-text transcription application that provides:

  • Real-time voice transcription in 99 languages
  • Text formatting and styling options
  • Translation between supported languages
  • English language coaching and CEFR assessment
  • Custom vocabulary and shortcut management

3. User Accounts

3.1 Registration

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information as necessary.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.

4. Subscription Plans and Billing

4.1 Free Plan

The Free plan includes limited features with a daily word limit of 600 words and a weekly limit of 2,500 words. No payment is required.

4.2 Pro Plan

The Pro plan ($12/month or $108/year) includes unlimited words, all formatting styles, and full access to English coaching features.

4.3 Enterprise Plan

The Enterprise plan ($25/user/month or $240/user/year) includes team management features for 3-10 seats.

4.4 Billing

  • Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
  • Refunds are subject to our 14-day money-back guarantee (see Section 4.5 below)
  • We may change pricing with 30 days notice to existing subscribers

4.5 Refund Policy — 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all paid subscription plans. If you are not satisfied with Wispli for any reason, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase or renewal date.

  • To request a refund, email contact@wispli.com with your account email and reason for the request
  • Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method
  • After the 14-day window, remaining subscription time is non-refundable, but you may cancel at any time to prevent future charges
  • Promotional or discounted subscriptions are eligible for refund of the amount actually paid

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose
  • Transcribe content that violates others' intellectual property rights
  • Attempt to reverse engineer or extract our AI models
  • Use automated systems to abuse the Service
  • Share your account credentials with others
  • Circumvent usage limits or billing systems
  • Transmit harmful code or malware

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Our Property

Wispli, including its design, features, and content, is owned by Wispli Inc. and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our Service without permission.

6.2 Your Content

You retain ownership of any content you create using the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your voice input for the purpose of providing transcription services.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not guarantee that transcriptions will be 100% accurate or error-free.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WISPLI INC. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
